Conditions for exchange

The request for exchange must be made up to 8 running days after receipt of the product. Which must be sent to us up to 30 days, according to the article 49 of the consumer defense code.

After the receipt of the product, an evaluation of the product will be made for this exchange to be authorized. Only products that have not been changed by the customer will be accepted , and it should be accompanied by all product accessories

The exchange will depend on the product's availability in our stock.

Important: in case of exchange for a product of greater value, the customer should pay the value of the difference and in case of exchange for a product of lower value the difference is available as credit in our store.


In case of defect in the product

The customer has 7 days running from the product delivery date to contact us and request a product return or exchange. this contact must be made through our social networks or email. 

purchaser's name, identity number, order number, product for which you want to exchange or return must be informed..

we will return with the authorization and the instructions for returning the goods. only goods will be accepted that the shipping is authorized and follow the correctly instructions.

After the receipt of our product in our distribution center, an evaluation of the product will be made for this exchange to be authorized, in this case, the product must present all accessories that accompany it.

In 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods in our store to return the product in perfect conditions for the customer. according to the consumer defense code of brazil. if there is no product repair or other equal product in stock to replace, our store completely refund the customer.

Refund

In this case, the refund will only be carried out after the receipt and analysis of the product, we will contact the company responsible for the e-commerce transactions to perform the deal asap.
